Alpha Chi Omega’s goal is to nurture and develop a membership experience that is increasingly equitable and inclusive for all members, volunteers and staff. To further advance this goal, Alpha Chi Omega has created resources for navigating bias incidents for volunteers and chapter leaders. As a chapter leader in Alpha Chi Omega part of your role is to listen with humility and openness and interrupt bias-related incidents.

This training will include how to identify what constitutes a bias incident, how to intervene and hold others accountable and how to provide support to those who may be affected by an incident.
