Alpha Iota Alpha, the alumnae chapter for Alpha Chi Omegas in Columbus, OH is partnering with the collegiate chapter to celebrate Alpha Chi Omega’s Founders Day. Please come celebrate 139 years of our sisterhood with current and lifetime members.at a luncheon at the Country Club. Tickets are $24 per person.

All potential new members (PNMs) who intend to participate in spring formal recruitment for Panhellenic sororities must register for the experience by this date.

Alpha Chi Omega HQ Volunteer Summit

Volunteer Summit is Alpha Chi Omega’s premier alumnae leadership academy for chapter advisors and operational volunteer teams. Volunteer Summit combines educational sessions with sisterhood to empower and support our volunteers as they work with our collegiate and alumnae members. 

Volunteer Summit will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 14-16, 2023. We are looking forward to being together in person!

Alpha Chi Omega Sleepover

The Alpha Chi Omega- Alpha Omicron Local Housing Corporation is excited to invite alumna sisters for a sleepover at 103 E. 15th Ave! Save the date of June 23rd-25th to check out recent renovations (did you know we don’t have sleeping rooms anymore?!), share a weekend with sisters, and relive memories made at the house with the red door! Details: There will be a small fee to stay at the house for this weekend with all costs supporting future house renovations. If you are local to Columbus and do not want to sleep at the house but are still interested in any of the events, please still fill out the interest form!  By filling out this form you are not booking your spot! This is simply to gauge interest. There will be an official sign-up form to fill out and pay through after initial interest is captured.

Tentative Itinerary

Friday: Arrive at the house after 4pm, optional Movie & Pizza night provided by the LHC

Saturday: This day is open for you to spend how you would like, but there will be some planned optional activities (Brunch and a night out in Short North)!

Sunday: Continental breakfast provided by the LHC before departure by 12pm

Alpha Chi Omega awards applications due

LOCAL HOUSE CORPORATION / COLLEGIATE CHAPTER COLLABORATION AWARD

This award is presented biennially to recognize a local house corporation that partners, collaborates and ensures a positive working relationship with the collegiate chapter. The local house corporation must have a demonstrated positive working relationship with the collegiate chapter, have conducted work to address the facility needs of the collegiate chapter and have made a concerted effort to maintain a safe and competitive chapter facility. A letter of support from the chapter advisor/facility operations advisor and/or chapter president/VP facility operations must be included as part of the application.

OUTSTANDING LOCAL HOUSE CORPORATION VOLUNTEER AWARD

This biennial award recognizes the outstanding volunteerism of an individual local house corporation board member. The volunteer demonstrates a positive impact on the work of the local house corporation and/or the collegiate chapter.

Headquarters Dedication Weekend

Alpha Chi Omega is looking forward to the next chapter in our history this fall with the dedication of our new headquarters building. We would be honored for alumnae to share in our celebration of the future!

The weekend will include a sisterhood social gathering on Friday, the building dedication ceremony on Saturday and a celebration dinner Saturday evening. Sisterhood activities will also be offered on Saturday and Sunday. Mark your calendar to celebrate our building, our Founders and the story of our sisterhood this fall!
